Mega Health at the Bay started off as a bulk food store back in 1979. It was the first of its kind in Adelaide.
Over the years it has grown to include over 200 bulk food lines, which includes nuts, seeds, flours, dried fruit from the Riverland, almonds from Willunga, glace fruit, oils and vinegars, beans, pulses, herbs, spices, grains, a huge range of gluten free products, including an awesome gluten free muesli we make in store. We also stock a huge range of vitamins which are all discounted, body building products, pre workouts and fat burners. Bulk pure honey from Kangaroo Island. We pride ourselves on sourcing products from local producers. We also make up a range of different breakfast cereals, including our very popular mega muesli with cranberries and goji berries. We have a peanut paste machine where we can make your peanut paste up for you while you wait. We also have weekly specials on all our bulk food products. We focus on supplying all the superfoods like Acai, Chlorella, Bee pollen, maca powder, cacao, spirulina, barley and wheatgrass which we all sell in bulk.

Karen has been working in the health food industry for the past 11 years, since staring at Mega Health at the Bay. She prides herself on providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
Tony
Tony has been in the health food industry since 1986. He started his first health food store then at West Beach. He then had a health food store in Christies Beach and now has owned Mega Health at the Bay for the last 11 years. He prides himself on providing quality health food products and advice and has helped many customers achieve and maintain optimum health and wellbeing.
Henry
Henry has been involved in the health food industry for the past 25 years. He is always ready to provide expert advice on a range of ailments. He has a wealth of information on the healing power of herbs and vitamins. All our staff prides themselves on providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
