    Our Website Design Process

Our comprehensive website design strategy ensures a perfectly crafted website for your business.

    Project Brief

This is the starting point and the client is heavily involved. A key document is written which outlines the scope, scale and detailed requirements of the project.

An understanding of what the client’s business does is discussed, followed by what the objective of the new website is. This would give me a feel for what the website should include. What type of users would be using the website would give me an idea of what the website would look like.

    Design

The navigation architecture is planned. This includes how the menus will look, what pages are to be included in the site and the layout of each page.

Colours, typography and the logo, if the client needs a new one are all part of this phase.

The client is then given several design options in order to finalise what the visual look of the website will be like.

    Implementation

Now that I am clear as to what the client is after, I can start building the site in accordance with the previous steps.

Content will be created for each page with a high level of input from the client.

The client will be involved with this phase, and will also provide periodic feedback.

The site will be tested on all browsers and all devices. Once everything is looking as planned, then the site will be launched.
